Our Lock and Shop Program provides a peace of mind while shopping for a house by alleviating stress related to rate fluctuations when searching for a home. Simply lock in your rate, and then find your new home within 45 days!

• Borrower locks rate with ALLIANCE without a property address. Once a property is found, borrower must provide the sales contract within 2 business days.
• Borrower has 45 days to go under contract. Once under contract, borrowers are given additional days to close.
• Borrowers have the option to keep the original rate, or to float down to the current market rate at the time the sales contract is submitted to ALLIANCE.
• Loan Programs: Conventional, FHA, VA
• Loan Terms: Fixed Rate for 15 or 30 years.
